𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲?

When I started working in Covent Garden, I fell in love with this amazing Lincolnshire Poacher cheese 🧀 from our local cheesemonger, Paxton & Whitefield. I saw an opportunity to create a brand new recipe combining this locally sourced cheese with the flavours of one of our most popular limited edition specials, the BBQ Sriracha 🌶️ burger, to give customers the best of both world.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸?

Everything, as I really like to cook. But If I have to pin down one dish, it would be a Hungarian 🇭🇺 specialty called “stuffed cabbage” which is cabbage leaves stuffed with a filling typically made of ground pork or beef, rice, onions and spices - the ultimate comfort food.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻?It has to be the Bank local special - beef burger with rib meat from The Rib Man, Red Leicester cheese, Holy F*** bacon gravy, shoestring fries, white onion and pickles.
